A Different Type of Experience.

At Lever Wealth Management, we believe the output is only as good as the input. Yes, there are the dollars and cents to understand and optimize… However, it is even more important to deeply understand what your family cares about and values. This ultimately drives financial planning goals, investment allocations, and the corresponding results. This is a process, not a one and done meeting.

  • Our client centric pricing structure allows you to have an independent and holistic financial plan without the pressure to commit your life savings upfront. Initial engagements are $6,000 with $3,000 due at engagement inception.

The financial diagnostic consists of 3-5 meetings covering all topic areas in our planning process over 1-3 months depending on complexity and time constraints. You may also request compressing the time frame for an additional charge.

If throughout the planning process you decide to move forward with our ongoing wealth advisory, we will waive the remaining half of the financial diagnostic cost.

We want you to experience the difference before making a long term decision.

Note: We only accept families into the Financial Diagnostic phase who have significant structural room for tax, estate, or cash-flow optimization. While this is most people, if your situation is truly straightforward enough that our team won’t add value, we will tell you within the first 15 minutes of our exploratory call.

1. Exploration

Meeting designed to understand your situation, what you are looking to accomplish and see if we would be a good fit (after you sleep on it) for an initial financial diagnostic engagement.

2. Discovery

60-90 minute meeting where we ask questions, get to know you better, and lay the foundation for your financial plan.

4. Investments

Investments are at the core of how we generate income for your plan and growth for the next generation. We will review your true investment expense and tax exposure, the plan’s need and capacity for investment risk, and adhere to your preferences while discussing trade-offs.

3. Retirement

All good retirement plans start with a deep understanding of cash flow needs and rigorous income maximization. This is where we will start.

5. Taxes

Your CPA most likely worries about last year’s taxes; we want to lower your lifetime tax bill. Tax planning is central to nearly every planning decision.

6. Risk Management

Risk management through proper insurance and estate planning is a crucial foundation. We will analyze your current risk management plan and make recommendations so that you are properly protected.

30 minute exploratory call. No sales pitches. We use this brief virtual session to review your balance sheet's complexity and see if we are a mutual structural fit.

  • We specialize in planning for families who have:

    • Generally $5MM+ in net worth

    • Complex business, estate, tax or investment issues

    • A need for ongoing support

    • Expect full scope investment management that is both cost and tax efficient.

Flat Fee: $1,250 per month billed from investment account or ACH. No Assets Under Management Fee
Note: Particularly complex cases may require a surcharge

You may be thinking, “Why don’t they charge a percentage of Assets Under Management (AUM) like other financial advisors?”

Two reasons: First, most of the time the AUM structure benefits the advisor… Not the client. If the average advisor charges 1% on a $4MM or $6MM portfolio, it is an annual fee of $40,000 or $60,000. Just because someone happens to have more money does not automatically mean their situation is more complex, thereby justifying a significantly higher fee.

Secondly, moving away from charging solely based on assets creates a more aligned opportunity for us to act in your best interest. We are investment agnostic whether your wealth is best served in public equities, private markets, business ownership, real estate, or paying off debt.

Instead, our team has leveraged independence and technology to come up with a sustainable flat fee business model that includes both investment management and financial planning while passing through significant cost savings to you.
